For domestic shipments, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after processing.
For international shipments, delivery generally takes 3-6 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

We provide tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs and Services

We use Postnord as our carrier and the package will be sent to your local pickup point. International shipping costs depend on your location, order size, and chosen delivery method and will be displayed at checkout. Our trusted carriers ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Customs processing times may vary, and delays are beyond our control.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If an item arrives damaged, email us with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the situation and provide the next steps.
